Dublin City Centre Taxi Tours Ireland

We would start from the hotel and travel to Merrion Square which houses our government buildings and a lot of museums and galleries - fascinating even just to see the architecture. You can also view the statue of Oscar Wilde in the park as well as lots of Georgian buildings mapped out over 250 years ago in 1762. We then move onto Fitzwilliam Square famous for its Georgian doorways, was built in the 1820s. It was the last and smallest of the great Georgian squares to be developed, and its park is the only one of its kind to remain private, for the use of square residents.

From there we will go to St. Stephens Green where you can see the historical park which provides an oasis of green calm in the middle of a bustling city. The park itself hosts a large number of important sculptural monuments to Irish history. You will also see the famous Shellbourne hotel and Fusiliers Arch.

The last leg of the trip will involve Grafton Street and O’Connell Street where you can visit the GPO famous for its involvement in the 1916 rising. We finish off the tour by visiting the Garden of Remembrance in Parnell Square East, Rotunda, Dublin 1.

This is a great tour with lots of photographic opportunities of some of Dublin’s most notable sites.
