Bunratty Castle
Bunratty Castle is the most complete and authentic medieval castle in Ireland. Built in 1425 it was restored in 1954 to its former medieval splendor and now contains mainly 15th and 16th century furnishings, tapestries, and works of art which capture the mood of those times. At evening time Medieval Banquets are held in the castle and are open to the public to enjoy.
Galway
After experiencing the cliffs we could travel to the amazing wonder called "The Burren". Colourful flowers only seen in this location have burst through the cracks of the limestone, making it a unique photo opportunity. You can also enjoy a meal and shopping in Galway City where there are more photo opportunities, more sites to see on the way back to Dublin. As an alternative to “The Burren” and Galway City we can organise a boat trip to see the cliffs from below and some of the nearby islands.
